Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the executive team to drive the company’s financial strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion
  • Manage the company’s financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners
  • Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their continued professional development
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive company-wide initiatives and goals
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and other financial transactions to ensure the company’s financial health and stability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO, finance director, or similar executive role
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the executive team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent

Education and Certifications:
