Mechanical Engineer Required

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading engineering company in Dubai. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems to meet project specifications and client requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of engineering projects in various sectors, including but not limited to construction, infrastructure, and industrial development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems and components for projects using CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools.
• Conducting feasibility studies and technical evaluations of mechanical systems.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems with other aspects of projects, such as electrical, structural, and architectural components.
• Performing calculations and simulations to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems.
• Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate materials for mechanical components.
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Providing technical support and guidance during project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Participating in project meetings and presenting technical information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, ideally within the engineering consultancy or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and codes.
