A 360 recruitment consultant is required and responsible for managing the recruitment process for KMG Global Recruitment. Here are the key roles and responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Identifying Candidates:
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, Linkedin.
- Identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate their skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Managing the Hiring Process:
- Guide candidates through the interview process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and finalize arrangements.
- Reference Checks
- Client Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Networking and Business Development:
- Build a network of potential clients and candidates.
- Convert business information into commercial opportunities.
- We are looking for someone who is good with sales and finding new customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Work Ethic: High work ethic and self-motivation.
- This is a 360 freelance recruitment position.
- You will be working in the following industries, information technology, logistics, engineering, finance, healthcare, education, sales and marketing. We do not expect you to be a specialist in all industries.
As a freelance recruitment consultant, you’ll need excellent time management, organizational skills, and a passion for success.
This is a comission based position with 50 percent comission on all placements.
There are bonuses and incentives in addition to your comission.
